I began studying massage at the San Francisco School of Massage and Chi Nei Tsang Institute in 2005. I moved to Flagstaff in 2008 and continued studying massage at the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts. I received my Arizona massage license in 2009 and have worked in a chiropractic and physical therapy setting for the past 12 years. This experience has given me the opportunity to do very focused massage work and I have learned a lot. One of my favorite things about being a massage therapist is that there is always more to learn. I enjoy taking classes and expanding my knowledge about the body and our healing process. Outside of my massage practice, I spend most of my time with my three children and husband. I love being a mother. I have learned so much about myself through parenting. As a family, we spend a lot of time outdoors camping and exploring local forests.
